Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to create an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
