Full-Time Store Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure store inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers efficiently and handle equipment properly
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Capable of operating cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
