Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and comply with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and relevant experience considered.
