Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and ensure merchandise displays are well organized.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
