Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Position Details

- Salary: $18.00 per hour
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
