Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Demonstrated customer service and cash handling abilities
• Proficiency in operating retail equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• A combination of education and experience will be considered
