Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality of data.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures, demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Work independently or as part of a team, stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior work experience in a retail setting preferred.
