Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and collaboration with the Aldi team will enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers with their shopping.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management on products and services.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and perform any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and interpreting company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
