Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Salary: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt customer service and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
