Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
