Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
