Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves with care and attention to detail.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to operate equipment responsibly and follow safety guidelines.
