Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, perform cleaning duties, and stock merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback to management on product quality, inventory, and general store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company procedures, upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
