Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
