Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, follow instructions, and work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
