Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products to maintain a well-organized store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
