Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Role Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management, including counting and monitoring stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capacity to use necessary equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team or independently, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
