We are seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to lead the design, development, and support of digital systems in Global Clinical Development Operations. This role requires strong technical proficiency, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across R&D.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the design and delivery of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
• Act as an expert advisor on technology and analytics solutions to optimize trial performance.
• Identify and implement new technologies to support GCDO.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing deep departmental knowledge.
• Maximize utilization of digital systems and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical trials management and knowledge of clinical digital systems.
• Proficiency in IT applications and tools related to clinical operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.

Education and Experience

• BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical technology within pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of FDA guidelines and regulations related to clinical trials.
