MRI Supervisor - Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated MRI Supervisor to lead our Radiology Department's MRI Team. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations, ensuring efficient staffing, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and compliance measures in MRI operations.
• Assist in scheduling employees to meet patient volume needs.
• Participate in the hiring process and provide guidance to staff.
• Ensure safe and effective patient care by overseeing technical procedures.
• Act as a coach and facilitate collaboration within the department.
• Participate in rotating weekend on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree preferred; advanced certification in MRI required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MRI or related modality.
• Supervisory skills/experience preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
