Staff Psychologist

Job Description:

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Staff Psychologist to provide psychological services to patients in various clinical settings. This role involves diagnostic evaluations, clinical assessments, psychological interventions, staff consultation, and program development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to organizational initiatives, and promote diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Offer clinical consultation and psychotherapy to patients referred by physicians.
• Support patients in adjusting to diagnosis, treatment, and end-of-life concerns.
• Promote cultural humility and diversity in the department and organization.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid Psychologist-PhD license with post-doctoral training.
• Minimum 3 years' post-licensure experience in Clinical Psychology preferred.
• Training in Psycho-Oncology is highly preferred.
