Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to drive the direct promotion of our oncology products and establish and manage business relationships within a designated territory. As part of the commercial team, the Account Manager will execute marketing strategies to achieve short and long-term objectives under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products to healthcare providers in Community Oncology and Academic Centers.
  • Educate physicians on product information and approved indications.
  • Achieve sales targets and forecasts.
  • Organize meetings for medical information exchange and represent the company at events.
  • Analyze territory for prescribing trends and collaborate with Technical Staff to increase product revenue.
  • Develop business and tactical plans, implement approved strategies, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Support sales strategy, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and manage activities within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior Oncology sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of products, competitors, and disease states.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated team player willing to travel as needed.

  • Market competitive base pay range $128,000-$192,000 with potential for bonuses and equity grants.
