Job Description
We are looking for a talented Oncology Business Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This position plays a crucial role in establishing and managing key business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products. As an Oncology Business Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to maximize resources and optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts. This role requires collaboration with internal and external partners, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including buy and bill processes and reimbursement models.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans with a focus on understanding group purchasing organizations, health economics, and access strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products in various healthcare segments.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in health systems and community oncology practices.
- Educate accounts on distribution, access issues, and patient support services related to Jazz Oncology products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and health systems.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement models, healthcare ecosystems, and commercial policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
