Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Offer outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general store cleaning.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
