We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and maintaining a clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
