Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director of Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology from discovery through post-marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs.
• Manage clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics aspects of drug development plans.
• Build and develop a high-performance pharmacometrics team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain scientific standards.
• Represent Jazz in regulatory interactions and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in drug development, regulatory interactions, and team leadership.
• Expertise in pharmacometrics software and quantitative analyses.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in oncology and knowledge of global regulatory requirements preferred.
