This position offers an opportunity to provide strategic leadership in design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology.

Essential Functions

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
• Effectively manage conflicting priorities and seek viable solutions.
• Hire, develop, and retain key talents.
• Ensure high-quality review of pharmacometrics deliverables.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using NONMEM, R, and other pharmacometrics software.
• Global regulatory knowledge and experience in managing collaborations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
