Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Sleep

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager for Field Analytics and Operations to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field force analytics and operational efficiency to support the Sleep Business Unit within the US Business Operations and Analytics department. Your tasks will include field target planning, process optimization, analytics, and performance measurement, as well as implementing data and technology solutions for the field force.

Responsibilities

• Lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
• Develop and implement call planning tools to evaluate field force productivity.
• Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with pharmaceutical data tools like IQVIA and Symphony.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales analytics or operations in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
