As a Specialty Sales Consultant in our Sleep Business Unit, you will be responsible for promoting and educating healthcare professionals about our neuroscience products. This role involves achieving sales goals, building strong relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Educate physicians and healthcare professionals on Jazz Pharmaceuticals products.
- Achieve individual sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
- Organize meetings and exchange medical information within company policies.
- Analyze territory business to understand prescribing patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Specialist sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Education and Licenses
- Bachelor's degree required, post-graduate education preferred.
