We are looking for a dedicated Stocking Associate to join Aldi and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As an integral part of our team, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide top-notch customer service. This dynamic role offers new challenges daily in a collaborative team environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Operate machinery following safety protocols.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of providing courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and teamwork capabilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
