Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
