Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to accurate inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
