We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will involve working closely with the Aldi team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Previous retail experience preferred
