Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member to help create a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (MAP) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
