Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and appearance of the store while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management on products and store operations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is preferred
