We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Take store inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
