As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, serving customers, and maintaining a clean environment. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and perform general cleaning duties.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and stock merchandise up to 45 pounds.
