Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a top-notch appearance and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning duties.
• Maintain neatly stocked shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
