Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and maintain cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
