Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
