Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a neat and organized appearance while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers full-time hours at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store conditions, and ensure merchandise displays are orderly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
