Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a pivotal part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to deliver a top-notch shopping experience to our customers. By collaborating with your colleagues and providing exceptional service, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain tidy shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with attention to security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and safety requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
• A balance of education and experience is acceptable.
