Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with the team to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory tasks and report any issues or feedback
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and follow company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages (based on state and local laws)

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
