Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the Aldi family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Maintain organized and neat merchandise displays and shelves.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially in cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
