Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall team. Your contributions will enhance the shopping experience and help maintain a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely.
• High school diploma preferred.
