Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with our team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Meet physical requirements for stocking and cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
