Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are neat and stocked.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies while assisting customers and performing general duties.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide courteous and prompt customer service, collaborating with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
