Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store environment and delivering outstanding customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
