Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
