Echocardiographer - Cardiac Sonographer - Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Echocardiographer/Cardiac Sonographer to join The University of Vermont Health Network. Reporting to the Director of Cardiology, you will perform advanced cardiac ultrasonographic procedures using high-frequency ultrasonic waves. Your role will involve working within the scope of Cardiology Services, adhering to hospital policies and procedures, and supporting the hospital's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct highly technical cardiac ultrasound procedures.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively within the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology or equivalent.
• RDCS registry preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cardiac ultrasound.
• BLS Training certification required.
