Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
- Install, service, and repair HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
Health & Safety Roles and Responsibilities:
- Report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or incidents immediately.
- Comply with safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- Participate in safety initiatives and committees.
- Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid HVAC certifications and licenses required.
- Proficient in HVAC equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
